I’ve always found it difficult to stick to just one interest.

One month I’ll be reading Russian classics. The next I’ll be making homemade soda, learning everything I can about an Italian amaro, or wondering why one restaurant feels unforgettable while another, with the same food, doesn’t.

Curiosity has a terrible habit of sending me somewhere completely unexpected. I’ve stopped fighting it.
